Vinny Bravo started out his musical career just outside of Washington DC in 1996, where he and Chris Styles (WPGC 95.5 & SiriusXM's The Heat) DJ'ed numerous High School and College events. In 1999, he was known as the "Golden Child" of the DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) promoting for clubs such as Platinum Club, The Ritz, and DC Live, all of which were club staples in the area, at the time. In order to better feed his passion for music, he started Emceeing and DJ'ing at the same clubs and opening for artists and celebrities including P. Diddy (Bad Boy), Allen Iverson (NBA - Philadelphia 76ers), M.E.M.P.H.I.S. Bleek (Rocafella), Beenie Sigel (Rocafella), and Ginuwine (Epic Records).
After relocating to California in 2006, Vinny Bravo was able to work his way into the San Diego music scene, remixing songs by Lady Gaga, One Direction, Calvin Harris, Zedd, and Bingo Players…also by sharing stages with artists such as Showtek, 3LAU, Carnage, EDX, DJ Vice, DJ Fingaz, LAZRrtag, Cold Blank…and he intends on both of these lists to grow rapidly!
Vinny's ability to flawlessly integrate a polished, true open format mix that brings together raw hip-hop, smooth R&B, bangin’ party breaks, classic 80’s favorites, dirty trap beats, soulful house tunes, fist-pumping electro and a touch of Reggae and classic rock has put Vinny Bravo on the upscale entertainment map. His "Passion, Dedication, and Motivation" will surely keep him there for good.
